AQRATE CLIENT LETTER – MARCH 2020

Dear Valued Client,

In light of the recent escalation of the COVID-19 virus, we would like to highlight the utmost importance of the health and safety of our clients and staff members. We want to ensure you that AQRate is doing all that we can to comply with the guidelines set out by the President in his address to the nation on Sunday evening.

Fortunately, we can continue to conduct business as usual during this time as we are fully equipped to perform your organisation’s verification remotely.

Please note that we have been in contact with our regulatory body, SANAS, concerning the site visit requirements for verifications and will keep you up to date with the feedback that we receive.

All scheduled site visits will go ahead as planned to avoid inundating the verification process later this year. We will not be conducting face-to-face interviews on-site but will schedule these interviews via video conference facilities instead.

Please be assured that our verification agents will take every recommended precaution when visiting your organisation and there is no need for concern. We will carry out your verification as quickly and efficiently as possible, with a focus on maintaining high levels of hygiene throughout the process.

As the top BEE verification agency in South Africa, we are committed to providing you with the utmost quality and professional service, with uncompromising ethics and a passion for transformation.

AQRate will continue to follow all advice and guidelines that are being set forth by our government to ensure that we do not contribute to the spread of this virus.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me on [email protected] | +27 (0)21 914 9451.

Sincerely,

Jeanette Buys
